Armed with a great recipe, plenty of hard work, and a passion for bringing people together, Big Lou and Joanie have been traveling to community celebrations, festivals, fairs, markets, and special events across the Southwest to share their delicious creation.

It's about the conversations shared over a fresh bag, the familiar faces who stop by year after year, and the memories made one event at a time.
